• You may only retake one part of your Password Skills Plus test.
• You must purchase your One Part Retake within 14 days of your original test date.
• You must complete your One Part Retake within one month of your original test date.
• Please note that you need a stable Internet connection (that does not drop out or have interruptions) with a minimum bandwidth of 2Mbps to successfully complete the One Part Retake. You can check this through the Examity portal.
• You will need a valid passport.
• By buying the test, you agree to be bound by the test regulations, agree to the terms and conditions and give the declarations contained in the student handbook.

1. Make payment of £65 (plus VAT if applicable). Choose the appropriate link below.

2. Send an email to support@englishlanguagetesting.co.uk with the following details:

–    The date of your original test
–    your name
–    your date of birth
–    your email address linked to your Examity portal username
–    your test login used on the day of your test
–    your payment confirmation (receipt)
