• The Reading and Listening modules are computer-marked and you cannot have these modules re-marked, the scores are final.
• You can choose to have your Writing module re-marked for £20.00 (plus UK VAT, currently 20%).
• You can choose to have your Speaking module re-marked for £25.00 (plus UK VAT).
• You can choose to have both the Writing and Speaking modules re-marked for £45 (plus UK VAT).
• Your re-mark score may be the same as your original score, it may be higher, and it may be lower. Your re-mark score will become your final score (replacing the original score).
• Your overall score is derived from the scores in all four modules (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) and therefore may not change if there is only a small score change in the re-marked module(s).

1. Make payment of £20 (excluding VAT) for the writing test and £25 (excluding VAT) for the speaking test using the link below.

2. Send an email to support@englishlanguagetesting.co.uk with the below information:

–    Your full name
–    Your date of birth
–    The test login you used on the day of your test
–    Provide evidence of purchase (screenshot image or receipt)

3. Your test will then be re-sent for marking by a different marker.

4. You will receive your new result within 5 working days by email.
